Hawaii is a very strategic military location for the United States. In fact, that is the primary reason that Hawaii was made a territory of the US and eventually the 50th state. Prior to World War Two, bases were being built around Oahu and one base was at Barber’s Point. To build the Barber’s Point Air Station, Coral rock was excavated from what is now Coral Crater.
The upgraded Mele Luau Oahu General Admission tickets include Kukui Nut Lei Greeting, 1 extra drink ticket per person and upgraded seating (not on the picnic benches).

Mele Luau Oahu at Coral Crater is the newest Luau in Kapolei and a luau near Ko Olina. The Mele Luau at Coral Crater is a one-of-a kind experience. It’s an evening of Hawaiian dance and music that will take you back in time to Hawaii’s Polynesian culture, while still providing modern amenities for all attendees!
With great cocktails, delicious food such as a local dish we actually have on the menu or Hawaiian Luau chicken plus other island inspired dishes; this luau has everything anyone could hope for during their vacation on Oahu. If there are children 0-3 years old attending, then they’re free.
